The Story of Entrego

Entrego Fulfillment Solutions Inc. (Entrego) is 40% owned by Brillant and 60% owned by AC Infrastructure Holdings Corp. Although founded in 2018, the joint venture started operating in 2013 as the logistics division of ZALORA Philippines. 

The company’s name is taken from the Spanish word entregar, meaning “to deliver”. This perfectly reflects Entrego’s ultimate goal of fulfilling its client commitment. With a strong competence and expertise in e-commerce logistics solutions, it offers customized end-to-end solutions, including the management of document, parcel, and bulky deliveries for B2B and B2C customers.

Its affiliate, Entrego Express Corporation, operates Entrego's courier and express parcel management. Today, Entrego has grown into a leading technology-driven logistics solutions provider in the country. The company enables clients to solve their supply chain issues, compete at a larger scale, and gain operational momentum by providing safe, reliable, and fast logistics services.

Recruitment Process

You can apply online through their website for the role you are interested in. They will conduct a resume screening to see if you are a good fit for your chosen role. The next stage is a phone or online screening to further discuss your experience, background, skills, and previous projects. If you pass this stage, there will be onsite assessment and interviews.

The interviews usually consist of three rounds. The first one is with HR, the second is with the hiring manager, and the third is with the CEO. They mostly ask about your prior experience and work style. This may also include a case study.

Remuneration & Career Growth

To give you an idea, the salary of a Junior Quality Assurance/Testing Engineer per month can range from PHP24,000 to 33,600, while an Operations Supervisor can have a monthly pay of PHP24,820. A Delivery Manager may have higher pay, which is PHP36,530 per month.
